Returns

At LO+JAYNE, we recognise the importance of customer satisfaction. We will gladly accept a return for store credit only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please note, Final Sale items are excluded from the return policy.

We have a 14-day return policy for US Orders only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For International Orders, we do not offer returns or exchanges at the moment and international sales are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please go to our return center and log into your account to find your order and select the items you want to return. 

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is a flat fee for return shipping of $12.00 for all US returns and will be deducted from final refund amount. Any shipping costs from the original order places will not be refunded.

In order to initiate and be eligible for a return please keep the following things in mind: 

  • The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
  • Must be processed via our Returns Portal.
  • US Orders must be returned in the 14 day window of delivery date.
  • Once we receive and approve your return, we will email you your store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide. This credit has no expiration. 

Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to via an email with the store credit.  

LO+JAYNE reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by LO+JAYNE.

Please note that returns are for a store credit only. Direct exchanges are not possible at this stage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via email with the store credit code within 10 business days.

We are unable to refund any original shipping charges for a returned order and those charges will not be refunded so please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost. 

International Orders
For International Orders, we do not offer returns or exchanges at the moment and international sales are final sale.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@loandjayne.com for further help. 

Customs Charges
If any customs charges incur, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by LO+JAYNE.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. once the tracking number of the shipment is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to reach out to the shipping provider and request a refund if items are not delivered when tracking states otherwise.

Cancellations
Once orders have been placed, our team works extremely quickly to ensure all orders are processed and packed ASAP! Given that, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Changes to the Returns & Exchanges Policy
LO+JAYNE reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. 

By making a purchase from LO+JAYNE, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our returns policy. Please note strict adherence is applied to this policy, to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers.
