RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At LO+JAYNE, we want you to love your pieces—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns for store credit only on all eligible full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery for US orders only. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
For International Orders, we do not offer returns or exchanges at the moment and international sales are final sale.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To begin your return, please visit our Return Portal and follow the steps to request a return label. A $12 processing fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of the prepaid return label and handling.
In order to initiate a return please keep the following things in mind:
- The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
- Must be processed via our Returns Portal.
- US Orders must be returned in the 14 day window of delivery date.
- Once we receive and approve your return, we will email you your store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide. This credit has no expiration.
STORE CREDIT ONLY
Refunds are issued as LO+JAYNE store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method, including for orders placed using installment payment services like Afterpay.
AFTERPAY RETURNS
If you used Afterpay to complete your purchase, you are still required to complete all remaining Afterpay payments even if your return is accepted.
Once your return is processed, you will receive LO+JAYNE store credit for the full amount of the item(s) returned (minus the $12 processing fee). Your Afterpay agreement remains in place, and you must continue to make payments according to your original schedule.
LO+JAYNE is not responsible for any fees incurred through Afterpay.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via email with the store credit code within 10 business days.
We are unable to refund any original shipping charges for a returned order and those charges will not be refunded so please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

STORE CREDITS
Store credits do not expire and can be used until the entire value has been redeemed.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All applicable customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by LO+JAYNE.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
LO+JAYNE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a tracking number is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution or reimbursement.
CHANGES TO THE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
LO+JAYNE reserves the right to update this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to our website.
